Warranty and Return Policy

I. Abandonment:
The sales invoice will be returned here within 3 days without the product being unpacked, unused or damaged. The original box has been cleared, it is lost for re-sale, and it has not been accepted to be refunded by another customer. For the products there exists there with the standard accessory to prepare and return undamaged. Send your return products to our e-mail address or contact (customer service) department with your invoice number and order number. Customer service will contact you if you would like to receive your emails, and you will be notified how to return the product. Transportation costs to be paid by return

II. Damaged Products During Handling:
Open the carriage, open the order coming to your door to detect the damaged product, open it and compare it with the invoice. To check for an error, deficiency and destruction. III. Defective Products:
Please send us your e-mail address or contact information about how to set the invoice and order numbers by specifying the faults of defective products which are open and ready for preparation before delivery. At the end of the configuration, if the product tested in the report does not show any disorder, the doctor report is requested. In case of the delivery of the received doctor`s report to the customer service, an order is made from an international company and another product or payment cancellation process is performed.

We will be reimbursed for defective transportation of defective products.
