CARDING RING COTTON YARN

Carded ring cotton yarns are combed cotton yarns produced from shorter cotton fibers than combed cotton yarns. carded ring yarns are of lower quality than combed yarns. These yarns have a smooth and rough surface. These yarns used in the weaving and knitting industry are made to twist low for knitwear and higher for weaving. The strength of carded ring yarns is lower than combed ring yarns and higher than that of rotor-spun yarns. As the yarn thickens (yarn count decreases), its price decreases and the yarn has a coarse structure. Usually Ne 6 to Ne 30 are produced.

Fabrics made with carded yarns are worse in terms of smoothness than fabrics made with combed yarns. they exhibit a weak fabric structure. They form a loose, coarse and fluffy fabric. Since carded yarns contain some foreign matter than combed yarns, carded products appear dull and less clean than combed yarns.

Karde ring iplikleri, denim (blue jean), kord, havlu, spor giysi kumaşları, çarşaflar, döşemelik kumaşlar, ev tekstilleri, teknik kumaşlar gibi kumaşların dokunulmasında kullanılmaktadırlar. Karde ring iplikleri kısaca penye ipliklerinin zorunlu olarak kullanıldığı pamuklu kumaşlar dışında dokumada üretilen bütün pamuklu kumaşlarda kullanılır.

PENYE RING COTTON YARN

It is a high quality cotton yarn formed by spinning long and fine cotton fibers through the combing circle (combing) and spinning it in a short staple yarn. The combing circle consists of sliver combing and combing machines. The machine park required to produce combed yarn is therefore long and expensive. The material is processed by spending more energy. This results in a high-quality and more expensive combing yarn for wide use. The staple diagram was developed because it was purified from short fibers. Ne Thin yarns up to 80 can be produced. Smooth and soft-handed. It is cleaner and homogeneous than carded yarn. It has more strength and less unevenness.

Fabrics made of combed yarns are better and better quality than carded yarns. Fabrics that cannot be made from carded yarns are made with combed yarns. The most important feature is that it is water-absorbing. This increases the ability to be used. There is no static electricity and piling problem. It can be used in all kinds of knitted, knitwear and woven fabrics.

Fabrics obtained with combed yarns have a wide range of uses. Women`s, men`s and children`s clothing underwear and outerwear products (summer and winter), upholstery in home textiles, curtains used in products.

OPEN-END COTTON YARN

Yarns produced according to the open-end spinning system. The most commonly used method is rotor spinning. Cotton and cotton fibers can be used. It is based on the spinning of the fibers falling into the rotor under the effect of centrifugal force. The formation of an open-end yarn differs from that of a ring yarn. There are basically differences in the machine park. In open-end spinning, the feed is made as a tape and the resulting yarn is wound directly.

In short, the roving and winding stages in ring spinning are not available in open-end spinning. Coarse and medium fine yarns are obtained. It has a voluminous and furry structure. Compared to ring yarns, it has low strength and more smoothness. Ne Open-end yarn with fineness up to 30/1 can be made.

Open-end yarns are generally used to obtain surfaces that do not require very high strength. Openend yarns are the most commonly used denim (jean) fabrics. Cotton-based fabrics give absorbency to fabrics. In addition, covering power, heat retention properties are better than fabrics produced with ring yarns.

The use of open-end yarns on a product basis has become increasingly common since its inception. Open end yarns, which were mainly used in denim products in the early days, are used in many products today. Apart from the clothing sector, home textiles, decorative fabrics, industrial fabrics that do not require much strength, open end yarns are used.

KAMGARN WOOL YARN

It is a method of wool spinning. It is a quality wool yarn obtained by combing and then spinning long and fine wool fibers. In worsted spinning, the machine park is very long compared to the strand. There are traction, carding, finisher and ring spinning machines after comb. Good strength, smoothness is minimum. It has a uniform structure, the fibers are arranged parallel and evenly. Fine wool yarns are obtained in this way. Worsted wool yarns are in principle similar to combed cotton yarns. In the worsted, short fibers go to waste by combing. This improves the quality of the yarn.

Most worsted fabrics are obtained with worsted yarns. These fabrics are fine structured, delicate woven and knitted products. The texture and pattern of these fabrics are evident. Heat insulation is less than that of styrofoam, which is the result of tight structure and low volume. The wrinkles show, however, the ironing retention is good.

Worsted yarns are usually produced in the winter heavy and well-handled, quality clothing. These are men`s and women`s outerwear products. (Suit, jacket, suit, pair, skirt, etc.) Also used in fine knitted fabrics, sweaters, winter blouse products and children`s clothing.

ŞTRAYHGARN WOOL YARN

It is obtained by processing high-fiber, non-combed wool fibers according to the stretching technology. There is a very short machine park compared to worsted yarns. The blowroom is then carded. The roving is removed from the comb (pre-thread) and the yarn is formed by spinning. It has a low strength, uneven and bulky structure compared to worsted. The fibers are arranged randomly in the yarn. Thick and rough looking, rough surface and hairy.

Strayhgarn yarns are used on woven surfaces. Its coarse and hairy structure minimizes its use in knitting sector. Fabrics made from strayhgarn yarns provide very good insulation thanks to their softness and volume. The texture of these fabrics is unclear. Since they have a spongy and springy handle, they do not hold iron, but they are suitable for raising.

Because stray yarns provide better insulation than worsted yarns, they are used in overcoat, mantle type garments and especially in the production of blankets. They are also used in the production of hand-woven carpets and rugs.

LINEN YARN

These are yarns produced from flax fibers obtained from the stems of the flax plant. They are divided into two parts as short staple and long staple. Although short staple linen yarns are coarse and thick, long staple yarns are thin and delicate. Short staple yarns have a bulky surface and have irregularities. Long staple yarns have a smooth and smooth surface. Generally speaking, long staple linen yarns are of higher quality but more expensive than short staple yarns.

Short staple yarns are generally used to make coarse fabrics woven in homes. Long staple yarns are used for weaving more delicate fabrics as they are thin and smooth surface. In the knitting sector, it can only be used as a mixture.

Linen yarn, which cannot be used purely in knitting and knitwear sector, is generally used in products obtained from woven fabrics. Thin fabrics are usually summer clothes. Coarse fabrics are used in products such as straw, shoes. In addition, linen is used in the production of household textiles, cleaning cloths, napkins and handkerchiefs.

FLUSH (VISCON) YARN

Filaments obtained from regenerated cellulose fibers are called flush (rayon) and staple fibers are called viscose yarns. In filament yarns (flush), features such as appearance, touch and brightness are silk-like, soft and draped, and do not cause problems in terms of static electricity and piling. Yarns made from staple fibers (viscose), on the other hand, exhibit substantially cotton-like moisture absorption. Its strength is less than filament yarn. In addition, their properties can be further improved, especially with various similar finishing processes.

Flush-viscose yarns in filament or staple form have a wide usage in woven and knitted fabrics. Fine draped and fancy fabrics are available, showing most of the yarn properties in the same way. Viscose fabrics are also suitable for processes such as dye printing.

Viscose (flush) fabrics are widely used. It is used in apparel and industrial areas, especially in home textiles. They are especially common in the production of elegant and draped fancy clothes. It is also used as a primer in outerwear.

POLYESTER YARN

It is a synthetic (fully artificial) yarn made of polyester fibers. Polyester yarns derived from petroleum can be produced as filaments or spun from staple fibers. Filament yarns have a smooth, slippery surface. The cross-sections are round. It has high strength. Strength of staple form f
